Centrally located near two beaches in Torrevieja

Our nice apartment in Spain, Costa Blanca, Alicante province is located on the third floor in the area of Acequion, Torrevieja’s southern part of the center and has all the proximity to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores and the promenade. The entire property is well maintained and is located in a quiet and pleasant area. City is within walking distance. There are plenty of free parking spaces in the streets of the neighborhood. Playa de Acequion is only 300 meters away where there are also several nice beach restaurants. Playa de Naufragos, which is blue-flagged, can be reached in a 10-minute walk. Two beach chairs and a parasol are available upon request. A cooler and ice packs are also available. A large glazed balcony with a lovely round table invites you to spend pleasant evenings socializing. Some sea views are included. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dishwasher. A water purifier means that you do not have to buy drinking water. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. In the wardrobe in bedroom 2 there is a simple cleaning equipment. The beds are comfortable and of Swedish standard (200X160 CM). One bathroom is newly renovated and has underfloor heating. The living room has a large smart TV, bluetooth speakers and inverter (AC) for cooling and heating. You get here by direct bus (7 euros) from Alicante airport.
