Fantastic Townhouse at La Mata Beach

We rent out our fantastic townhouse located just 300 meters from La Matas beach and has the pool outside the door!

2 Bedrooms, 1 with double bed 160 cm and 1 with two single beds, 2 bathrooms of which 1 is newly renovated. In addition, there is a sofa bed that folds out into a single bed for a smaller person. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, dishwasher. Glazed terrace with dining table for 6 people and seating area on the roof terrace. Gas barbecue.

Grocery store within walking distance and a variety of restaurants 5-10 min walk. Free parking inside the gates if you have a car.

Wifi, water and electricity included as well as sheets and towels. Special towels for the pool and beach are also available as well as beach chairs and parasols. Tennis courts are available to borrow for free and we have rackets / balls that you can also borrow. The area is very beautiful and well maintained, only 10 houses sharing the pool and this means that it is very rarely crowded there. The lovely beach is the longest in Torrevieja and the municipality takes care of it in a very good way, cleaned every day. Small beach bars are available as well as restaurants.

A short walk along the sea takes you to La Mata where there are many more restaurants and shops, on Wednesdays there is a large market there. In addition, there is also a bus stop just outside the house so you can easily and cheaply get to Torrevieja. There you can stroll along the promenade and maybe have a drink while watching the crowd.
